November 26 — Silent Night? Not Here!

It won’t be a Silent Night when friends gather at the Red Creek-Westbury United Methodist Church on December 6th to continue the tradition of gathering to sing in the season. The 31st Annual Christmas Sing-In’ will be held at 6:30 that night with Choirs gathering at 6:00 to practice a combined piece. (Call Bonnie at 754-6465 for the sheet music).

Everyone is welcome. Whether you sing in a choir or just for your own enjoyment, please come join in the singing. We sing some, listen some, enjoy the bell choirs and laugh some. In all, we make a joyful noise, then go eat cookies! Join us to start your holiday season on a happy note!

December 3 — Go Tell it on the Mountain and everywhere

Got your pipes warmed up? Ready for Christmas Music? The 31st Annual Christmas Sing-In’ will be held this coming Sunday evening, December 6th, at 6:30 at the Red Creek-Westbury United Methodist Church (that’s the brick one on Church Street). Angelic voices will ring out as choirs and individuals sing the familiar- and not so familiar- songs of Christmas. Everyone is welcome! All area choirs and musical groups are invited to share their Christmas music that evening. Individuals that like to sing but don’t want to perform are encouraged to join us also. Consider it a more comfortable and warm way to go Christmas Caroling.

The amazing Grande Finale consists of a number practiced at the home church with a combined practice at 6:00 that night. All the choirs will get together to sing and what beautiful music they will make! For more details or a copy of this year’s final number, please call Bonnie at 315-754-6465 and leave a message.

Refreshments will be served after the singing with the annual punch competition. Please join us to start your holiday season on a happy note!
